After giving first aid there, doctors performed angiogram on three blocks in his coronary artery, one of which was removed. He was later admitted to Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore. After returning to the country from Singapore, Quader fell ill again in 2020 and was admitted to the hospital. After falling ill on February 9 last year, he was re-admitted to BSMMU. After recovering, he returned home.
